First: Return Policy

Return is allowed only at the time of delivery and in the presence of the courier.
Customers must inspect the product upon receipt before confirming delivery.
If the product is found to be damaged, defective, or different from the ordered item, it must be returned immediately with the courier.
No return requests will be accepted after the courier leaves, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

Returns After Delivery

Returns after delivery are not accepted, except if a manufacturing defect is proven.
In such cases, the customer must contact customer service within 14 days of receiving the product, along with clear proof of the defect.
Once the product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed via the original payment method.

Second: Exchange Policy

Exchange requests are accepted within 14 days from the date of receiving the product.
The product must be in its original, unused condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags and packaging intact.
If the exchange is due to an error on our part (wrong item or size), Sellia Style bears all shipping costs.
If the exchange is for personal preference (size/model), the customer bears the shipping costs.

Opening the Shipment Upon Delivery

Customers are allowed to open the shipment before payment to ensure the product matches the requested specifications.
If the product is incorrect, damaged, or defective, it can be returned immediately with the courier at no extra cost.

Refund Timeframe

Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days from the date the return is approved and the product is inspected.

Products Excluded from Return & Exchange

Medical and personal-care products (such as teeth-whitening tools, personal grooming devices, laser devices, etc.).
Items purchased during major sales or promotional offers are not eligible for return or exchange.
