Return & Exchange Policy

At Sellia Style, we are committed to providing a refined and comfortable shopping experience for our valued customers.
To ensure your confidence and satisfaction, we offer a clear and flexible return and exchange policy as outlined below.

First: Return Conditions

You may submit a return request within 14 days from the date of receiving the product.
The shipping invoice and original product packaging must be kept in perfect and undamaged condition.
A return request is accepted only if the product has a manufacturing defect, damage, or if the item received is not as described.
Once the product is received at our warehouse and inspected, the eligible amount will be refunded according to the original payment method.

Cases Where the Customer Bears the Shipping Cost

If the product is free of defects, the customer is responsible for the shipping fees both ways (sending and returning).

Second: Exchange Conditions

Products eligible for exchange must be in their original, unused condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
Exchange requests must be made within 14 days from the date of receiving the product.
If the exchange is due to an error on our part (wrong item / incorrect size), we cover all shipping costs.

Opening the Shipment Upon Delivery

You may open the shipment before payment to confirm that the product matches the requested specifications.
If the product is incorrect, damaged, or defective, you will not bear any additional shipping fees.

Refund Timeframe

Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days from the date the return request is approved and the complaint is verified.

Products Excluded from Return & Exchange

Medical and personal-care products (such as teeth-whitening tools, personal grooming devices, laser devices, etc.).
Items purchased during major sales or promotional events are not eligible for return or exchange.
